All of the field trips were carried out in a framework of bilateral research-scientific co-operation between Slovenia and co-operating countries. Bilateral projects were approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology and financially supported by Slovenian Research Agency.

Four wheel drive vehicles as well as van cars were kindly provided by Interservice d.o.o., Porsche Slovenija d.o.o. and Extension Service Centre at the Department of Animal Science, University of Ljubljana.
